Let’s be real, mystery boxes kinda suck….so why would we use them?
We use a mystery box format to help to spread production and inventory costs. This allows us to bring a much wider range of characters to life instead of focusing on only the same two or three most popular characters (lookin' at you Dryad).
All chibichan mini figures are equal rarity and we take extra efforts to reduce the chances of duplicates being received in the same order.
Also, we will always give customers the opportunity to purchase the full roster of characters together in a collection, with every character guaranteed and even a small discount. This way, people who are happy to receive the full collection may do so without taking a chance and those who are happy to receive any character, have an inexpensive way to pick up a cool little figurine!
